Anne-Laure Branlard

Anne-Laure leads the accounting, administrative, and financial functions of the French entities of the OCIM group. Based in Paris, she oversees the entire accounting cycle, from preparing financial statements to administrative, tax, and social matters, including payroll management and staff monitoring. She reports directly to senior management.

A graduate of ISG Paris (European program), Anne-Laure began her career in 1996 in an international audit and accounting firm. In 1999, she joined Celerant Consulting as Accounting and Management Manager, then moved to Nexans France in 2001, where she was responsible for foreign exchange risk coverage as Deputy Treasury Manager. She continued her career in administrative and financial management roles within international organizations across various sectors: food industry at Dole Packaged Foods, services at Interxion France and Global Blue France, and IT at Magic Software.

Throughout these experiences, she has managed accounting and finance teams in demanding contexts such as IPOs, restructurings, creation of subsidiaries, and business transfers.

Having joined OCIM Finance in 2024, Anne-Laure focuses on digitizing and automating accounting and the administrative and financial functions of the group’s French entities, while also supporting OCIM in its development. With thirty years of experience and work with diverse stakeholders, Anne-Laure is a hands-on professional who combines rigor, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Outside of work, she is energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for travel and scuba diving. A CMAS instructor and underwater biology trainer, she volunteers in sports associations and is also trained in first aid.
