Eric Bayle
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Eric Bayle began his career in the banking sector, working for 7 years at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, followed by 3 years at Dresdner Bank in capital markets (1989–2000).
He then joined the SFA NOUVEL OBSERVATEUR Group as Group Chief Financial Officer (revenue: €330 million — Industry, Media, and Other Activities), where he worked for over 10 years (2001–2011) alongside its founder on financial matters (reporting, performance improvement, consolidation, cash management and financing, and financial communications) as well as on balance sheet transactions for this group of 40 companies.
From 2012 to 2015, he then carried out several operational assignments at a retail chain, a direct marketing firm (ADL Performance), and the Colisée group of retirement homes and long-term care facilities.
He then served as Chief Financial Officer of the Paris office of the real estate asset management group Aerium from 2015 to 2018, where he oversaw the financial management of 150 companies (holding companies, property investment companies) controlling more than 1 billion euros in assets.
Since 2019, he has focused on interim management in finance and has carried out assignments in the electricity distribution sector (Hydroption), the newspaper industry (Libération), real estate development and construction (Géode Group), asset management (Tikehau Investment Management), renewable energy (Corsica Sole), the financial holding company Ocim Group (precious metals. In 2025, he returned to the renewable energy sector at Arkolia Energies as Group Chief Financial Officer.
At the same time, since 2021, he has served as a Lecturer in Finance (M1, M2, Master’s in Banking and Finance) at several universities (Sorbonne School of Management, Panthéon-Assas, Sciences Po Paris, IESEG, HEC (Summer School 2025), CNAM, and CAF Institute of Technology (Ivory Coast)) and teaches in executive education programs preparing students for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Eric Bayle holds a MS in Business Administration of HEC Paris, other accounting degrees and is a CFA Charterholder.
