Mariana Schrever

Head of Human Resources

She supports leaders and employees in achieving growth that builds on strong human foundations.

A graduate in Clinical Psychology from Buenos Aires and holder of a Master’s degree in Intercultural Psychology from Paris V René Descartes University, Mariana has built a career spanning more than 25 years in Human Resources, including twenty years with Société Générale Group. She began her career with SG Corporate & Investment Banking in 2005 before joining International Retail Banking in 2008. There, she notably led the HR due diligence for the sale of the Egyptian subsidiary NSGB to QNB, before supporting the transformation of Rosbank in Russia. In 2016, she was appointed Human Resources Director of Sogeprom and joined its Executive Committee. In this role, she structured the HR function and employee relations framework for a 400-strong group spanning eleven entities. In 2021, she joined ALD Automotive, which became Ayvens following the acquisition of LeasePlan, to support the integration of the two groups. Her responsibilities ranged from conducting HR due diligence across 42 countries and 18,000 employees to implementing the new organisation, including 20 local mergers. In 2025, she founded MS Consulting to support leaders and organisations through transformation.

For Mariana, the role of HR is to create the conditions for a strong relationship between an organisation and its people—one built on trust, complementary strengths and shared responsibility.
