Katherine Otero
Head of Human Resources
Katherine holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and has more than 25 years of experience leading Human Resources and Administration functions. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and an MBA from ESADE.
She has built her career in multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies, including The Clorox Company, Mars Incorporated, Puig International, and AJE Group International, where she held Human Resources leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has specialized in cultural transformation and in developing Human Resources functions into strategic business partners, aligning people management with broader business objectives.
Katherine has also gained experience in the mining and hydrocarbons sectors through senior roles at prominent Peruvian companies, including PECSA and PETROPERÚ.
She therefore brings to Soleil Metals extensive experience in Human Resources leadership, cultural transformation, organizational development, and strategic people management, with a strong ability to connect people, culture, and business performance.
